Job summary

Orla Rose Associates is seeking a Transfer Processing Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London, offering hybrid working. You will manage internal and external asset transfers, input instructions and provide progress updates to Investment Managers.

We value meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a supportive investment operations team. Prior experience in transfer processing or related fields is essential.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience in transfer processing or related field.
• Understanding of asset transfers and settlement processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant operational systems.

Transfer Processing Analyst - 12-Month FTC

Location: London - Hybrid

We are working with a highly regarded investment management firm looking to appoint an experienced Transfer Processing Analyst to its London operations team.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of client asset transfers, work closely with Investment Managers and gain exposure across the full transfer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external asset transfers.
• Input and authorise transfer instructions.
• Provide valuations to Investment Managers.
• Investigate and resolve failed or unmatched transfers.
• Liaise with custodians, counterparties and internal teams.
• Monitor transactions through to successful settlement.
• Complete daily reconciliations.

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years’ experience in transfer processing, investment operations, custody or a similar environment.
• A good understanding of asset transfers and settlement processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• The confidence to work independently and use your own initiative.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant operational systems.
