Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland seeks a Transfer Pricing Specialist/Manager in Market Drayton to lead central TP documentation (Master File, CbC) and support intercompany agreements. You will review policy compliance, optimise structures, and push digitalisation of the function.

The role requires 3–5 years in tax within a multinational or advisory firm, strong communication, and willingness to travel. SAP and AI tools familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in law, business, economics or related, ideally with tax/finance specialization.
• 3–5 years in a tax department of a multinational or tax advisory firm with exposure to international tax law and transfer pricing.
• Commercial acumen to understand supply chains and value drivers; FMCG experience a plus.
• Comfortable with AI tools and SAP, or keen to develop these skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the group's central transfer pricing documentation (Master File and CbC reporting) and support intercompany agreements and benchmarking studies.
• Review compliance with transfer pricing policies across the group and help harmonise tax structures.
• Drive digitalisation of the transfer pricing function as an IT-savvy team member.
• Define and implement methodologies for all intra-group transactions (financial services, goods, licences).
• Support tax audits worldwide and help avoid disputes with tax authorities.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Legal on M&A projects.
• Monitor national and international tax developments relevant to the Müller Group.

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday (40 hours)

We are recruiting for a Transfer Pricing Specialist/Manger to join our team at Market Drayton.

What you'll do:-

• As a Transfer Pricing Specialist / Manager, you will prepare the group's central transfer pricing documentation, such as the Master File and Country-by-Country (CbC) reporting, and support the local tax departments with compliance matters such as intercompany agreements and benchmarking studies.
• You will review compliance with transfer pricing policies across the group and actively contribute to the optimisation and harmonisation of tax structures.
• As an IT-savvy colleague, you will continue to drive forward the digitalisation of our function.
• From financial transactions and services to goods and licences: you will define and implement methodologies for the entire range of our intra-group transactions.
• You will support tax audits worldwide and contribute to the avoidance of disputes with tax authorities.
• You will work together with other functions such as Treasury and Legal on challenging M&A projects.
• You will monitor national and international tax developments to determine their relevance to the Müller Group.

What you'll bring:-

• Your profile is underpinned by a university degree in law, business administration, economics or a related discipline, ideally with a specialisation in tax or finance.
• You have gained at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the tax department of a multinational enterprise or in a tax advisory firm, giving you sound practical exposure to international tax law and transfer pricing.
• You rely on your commercial acumen to further develop your understanding of supply chains and value drivers. Experience in the FMCG-industry would be a plus in your application.
• You are confident in working with AI tools and SAP, or have a strong interest in developing these skills further.
• You are willing to travel and represent the Transfer Pricing team at our sites.
• You are a strong communicator who is able to articulate complex ideas as well as to effectively reach colleagues of different countries and backgrounds. German skills would be an advantage.
