The role involves collaborating with the national TP team, presenting at client events, and mentoring others while growing the office and capabilities.

You will bring 5+ years in top firms, UK TP expertise, and professional qualifications, with a proactive and collaborative approach to growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ transfer pricing experience in top 20 firms.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to handle complex technical issues.
• Broad understanding of other tax areas and their interaction with TP.
• Ability to explain key UK transfer pricing updates to clients.
• Proven ability to deliver documentation and benchmarking exercises.
• Experience managing a substantial, profitable client portfolio.
• Experience in business development and marketing of propositions.
• Examples of building trusted client relationships with senior management.
• Experience delegating work and upskilling staff on the job.
• Experience of managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Client account management and business development across a portfolio.
