Job summary

BDO UK LLP is seeking an experienced transfer pricing professional to manage key client accounts and drive growth. You will work across a portfolio, deliver documentation and benchmarking, and contribute to strategic initiatives with the North region.

You will lead client relationships, mentor staff, and participate in national transfer pricing projects, while maintaining a flexible, agile working approach across the UK network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time transfer pricing experience (top 20 firm).
• Strong problem solving and ability to handle complex issues.
• Understanding of other tax areas and interaction with transfer pricing.
• Ability to explain updates in UK transfer pricing.
• Experience delivering documentation and benchmarking.
• Ability to manage a large profitable portfolio.
• Experience in business development.
• Experience building trust with client senior management.
• Experience delegating and upskilling staff.
• Experience managing staff.

Responsibilities

• The primary role is client account management and business development across a portfolio of existing clients.
• Lead end-to-end scoping through delivery and ongoing relationship management.
• Present at client events and forums representing transfer pricing with the North TP lead.
• Shape and drive growth strategy for the local office and participate in regional initiatives.
