About the Role
Pro-Tax is partnering with a leading advisory, tax, and audit firm to find a Transfer Pricing Director for their expanding Corporate and Business Tax team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow the TP function, lead a team, and drive business development.

As part of a global network, this role offers international collaboration opportunities, enhancing the firm's global presence and cross-border client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop the Transfer Pricing team, providing strategic guidance and mentorship.
2. Oversee TP documentation, including master files, local files, and benchmarking studies.
3. Advise clients on intercompany pricing, TP risk, and compliance with OECD and local tax laws.
4. Represent clients in TP audits and disputes.
5. Collaborate with Corporate Tax, VAT, and M&A teams to identify cross-service opportunities.
6. Drive business development, identify new TP opportunities, and participate in pitches.
7. Stay ahead of global TP regulatory changes, ensuring clients receive informed advice.
8. Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.

What We're Looking For:

1. Extensive Transfer Pricing experience within a professional services firm or multinational corporation.
2. Strong technical knowledge of TP principles, OECD guidelines, and local tax regulations.
3. Experience in TP documentation, benchmarking, and intercompany pricing arrangements.
4. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior team members.
5. Exceptional client management and business development skills.
6. A relevant degree (Law, Economics, Accounting) or professional qualification (CTA, ACA, ADIT).
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
