Job summary

NatWest Markets is seeking a Transfer Pricing Controller to oversee day‑to‑day transfer pricing transactions and ensure compliance with policy across the organisation. You will partner with Finance, Tax and regional teams, delivering the annual Transfer Pricing Plan and supporting Ring‑Fencing Arm’s Length requirements.

In this role you will drive consistent transfer pricing methodologies across entities and regions, support internal audits and stakeholder queries with robust analysis, and help

• Experience in large multinational financial services environment.
• Finance control experience across transfer pricing.
• Knowledge of Ring-Fencing Arm’s Length requirements and transfer pricing policies.

• Reviewing and challenging transfer pricing calculations, including intercompany invoicing and settlements

Join us as a Transfer Pricing Controller in NatWest Markets

• You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of transfer pricing transactions and processes
• You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational compliance with transfer pricing policies while supporting the delivery and ongoing implementation of transfer pricing models across NWM
• You’ll be joining a very collaborative Finance team, where you’ll partner with stakeholders across NWM, building a strong network and benefiting from significant visibility for both you and your work

What you’ll do

Inyour role as a Transfer Pricing Controller, you’ll play a key role in overseeing and maintaining compliance with transfer pricing policies across NatWest Markets. You’ll support the delivery of the annual Transfer Pricing Plan, ensuring adherence to Ring-Fencing Arm’s Length requirements, and help drive a robust control environment across NWM.

In this role, you’ll be:

The skills you’ll need

We’re looking for an individual with experience working in a large multinational financial services environment , legal entity financial control in a financial services environment or a similar finance control environment.

• Strong technical accounting knowledge and background
• A proven ability to deliver process improvements and implement change in complex organisations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying efficiencies and enhancing controls
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to collaborate across functions, jurisdictions and global teams
