Job summary

NatWest Markets is seeking a Transfer Pricing Controller to oversee TP activities, ensuring compliance with TP policies and supporting the delivery and implementation of TP models across the business. You will work with Finance, Tax, and stakeholders across regions to maintain robust controls and reliable TP processes.

The role focuses on reviewing TP calculations, intercompany invoicing and settlements, and driving continuous improvements within a large multinational financial services

Qualifications

• Experience in a large multinational financial services environment.
• Experience with legal entity financial control in finance.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing concepts and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transfer pricing activities across NWM with finance, tax, and external providers.
• Review intercompany pricing and settlements and challenge TP calculations.
• Ensure consistent TP methodologies across entities and regions.
• Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and stakeholder queries with TP analyses.
• Identify operational risks and drive continuous improvements in TP processes.
• Contribute to wider Legal Entity Financial Control activities and strategic initiatives.

Join us as a Transfer Pricing Controller in NatWest Markets

• You'll be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of transfer pricing transactions and processes
• You'll play a key role in maintaining operational compliance with transfer pricing policies while supporting the delivery and ongoing implementation of transfer pricing models across NWM
• You'll be joining a very collaborative Finance team, where you'll partner with stakeholders across NWM, building a strong network and benefiting from significant visibility for both you and your work

What you'll do

Inyour role as a Transfer Pricing Controller, you'll play a key role in overseeing and maintaining compliance with transfer pricing policies across NatWest Markets. You'll support the delivery of the annual Transfer Pricing Plan, ensuring adherence to Ring-Fencing Arm's Length requirements, and help drive a robust control environment across NWM.

In this role, you'll be:

• Overseeing transfer pricing activities across NWM, partnering with Finance, Tax, business stakeholders and outsourced providers
• Reviewing and challenging transfer pricing calculations, including intercompany invoicing and settlements
• Driving the consistent application of transfer pricing methodologies across legal entities and regions
• Supporting internal audits, regulatory reviews and stakeholder queries by providing transfer pricing analysis and evidence
• Identifying operational risks,strengtheningcontrols anddrivingcontinuous improvement across transfer pricing processes
• Contributing to wider Legal Entity Financial Control activities and strategic initiatives that support business objectives

The skills you'll need

We're looking for an individual with experience working in a large multinational financial services environment,legal entity financial control in a financial services environment or a similar finance control environment.
