Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Specialist at Senior Manager or Assistant Director level for an interim 12-month contract in London. The role involves:

  • Mapping intercompany transactions to identify and address documentation gaps.
  • Completing the Master File for the Group and Local Files in key jurisdictions.
  • Reviewing and improving intercompany recharge processes for efficiency.
  • Supporting transfer pricing aspects of SAP upgrade projects to optimize system design.
  • Providing transfer pricing advice on transactions and business changes.

Candidates should have a strong technical and practical transfer pricing background, either from an accounting firm or an in-house tax department. The candidate must be based in the UK, with full eligibility to work in the UK, and able to attend the London office 1-2 days per week. This role offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in a high-profile corporate setting.
