Job Description:

Our client, a leading financial advisory firm, is recruiting for a Transfer Administration Manager to join on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing the process and performance of the Investments pension transfers processing and servicing teams.

Skills/Experience:

  • Transfer administration experience
  • Proven leadership in high-performing teams
  • Experience managing pensions/ISA/GIA transfers processing and servicing teams
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Project management skills
  • Process improvement skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage pensions/ISA/GIA transfers processing & servicing teams
  • Create a high-performing team
  • Oversee incident updates, quality checks, complaint handling, breach reporting, escalation, and resolution
  • Produce team reports & MI for management, including monthly reports
  • Manage relationships with regulators & suppliers
  • Monitor team performance against SLAs
  • Analyze trends and recommend actions
  • Deliver routine project work
  • Manage new and inflight RFWs
  • Ensure tasks are carried out within SLAs
  • Resolve complaints within KPI timescales
