Job Description
Our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Tax team provides a full spectrum of tax services to private equity, covering funds, deals, and portfolio companies, on domestic and international transactional work.
We advise mid-market private equity firms and large corporates with deal values from millions to over a billion, supporting clients through the entire deal lifecycle from proposal to post-deal advice.
Our work spans various sectors, including technology, gaming, care homes, art galleries, travel, and retail. This environment is fast-paced, technically focused, and requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

We support flexible working, including reduced hours and job shares, to help balance work, study, and life.
Role Overview
As Associate Director, you will advise on tax structuring, undertake tax due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, and may work on public company transactions on AIM or the Main Market.
You will lead client discussions, manage relationships, coordinate with FDD and SPA teams, oversee due diligence meetings, and prepare reports on acquisition structures.
You will review financial models, legal documents, and collaborate with stakeholders across TAS, Corporate Finance, and international teams. Business development and project budget management are also key responsibilities.
Technical research, team training, and development are part of your role.
