Delta Capita is seeking an experienced Transactions and Investment Lead Analyst to join the Transactions Team, supporting the Head of Transactions. This role is pivotal in managing investor relations and supporting the firm’s strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance of all core artefacts for Delta Capita Group investor relations, including:
Investor presentation material
Multi-year business plans, covering all aspects of organic and inorganic growth Delta Capita Group, with modelling of scenarios
Historic data
Detailed models or presentations where required on specific business lines, regions or shared services.
Ensure artefacts are presentation and/or dataroom ready at all times and reflective of the current position of the business and the equity story
PMO activities for investor relations, including meeting schedules, preparation of material and subsequent action trackers
Manage the response to any due-diligence requests from investors, including creating artefacts or conducting analysis where required to support the response
Support the Head of Transactions on acquisitions, including due-diligence on targets and preparing investment cases for the Investment Committee
Proficiency in building detailed financial models
Experience within Private Equity is essential
Skilled in quantitative and qualitive analysis, including interpreting numerical data and assessing business strategies.
Strong understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Experience in due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction documentation.
Advanced skills in financial analysis using Excel and in presenting data effectively in PowerPoint.
High-level of attention to detail, including a strong ability to spot inconsistencies or errors in financial models and reports.
Ability to create clear, concise, and compelling investment memos and presentations.

Expectations regarding hybrid working:As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client’s offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client’s now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
