As an Account Manager, you will support transactional mailing campaigns for a portfolio of clients, maintaining a customer-focused approach across all work aspects.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage, coordinate, and collaborate with the Account Management team to support and advise clients.
2. Develop and maintain rapport with key client stakeholders, applying a commercial and value-added approach.
3. Ensure all SLAs, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
4. Respond promptly to client briefs and queries in a professional manner.
5. Follow quality procedures diligently.
6. Escalate issues promptly as they arise.
7. Identify opportunities for added value, process improvements, and efficiencies.
