Transactional IP Solicitor

Superb opportunity for a talented Transactional IP Solicitor to join a well-established IP team at a firm with a global presence. The role offers flexibility to work from their Leeds, Birmingham, or Manchester offices on a hybrid basis, collaborating with the wider Legal team as well as Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys across the business.

Due to ongoing growth, this expansion role involves working directly with a diverse range of clients across sectors such as healthcare, electronics, software, engineering, and retail. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating contracts related to technology transfer, clinical trials, manufacturing, and licensing, while providing strategic, commercial, and policy advice.

The firm also welcomes applications from agile Solicitors with backgrounds in Commercial, Data Protection, or IT who are interested in transitioning into IP.
