Sheridan Maine is recruiting a Transactional Finance Manager for a dynamic West London-based organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while leading a growing team to deliver accurate, timely, and scalable finance operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team within transactional finance, ensuring workloads are balanced, efficient, and aligned with company values.
  • Oversee vendor and customer payments, including regular runs, urgent payments, and refunds.
  • Maintain financial controls across vendor/customer onboarding, tax treatment, GDPR, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage aged debtors/creditors, reconciliations, statement reviews, and timely resolution of queries.
  • Lead AP & AR reporting cycles, including reconciliations, balances, and payment processing.
  • Act as primary contact for audits, system upgrades, and integrations.
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements with a focus on automation and scalability.
