A well-known real estate organization in the UK is seeking an experienced Transactional Finance Manager to lead and optimize financial operations including accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with strong VAT knowledge and proven experience in transactional finance. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial controls and managing relationships with auditors and banks.
A well known Real Estate organisation required a Transactional Finance Manager to lead and optimise accounts payable, accounts receivable, rent accounting, and banking functions.
This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing of income and expenditure, supporting healthy cash flow, strong supplier and customer relationships, and audit readiness.
Applicants must be able to commute to Kent twice per week.
