As a member of our Private Equity tax team, you will support private equity-backed businesses from investment to exit. We offer flexible working arrangements to help balance your work and personal life.

Role Responsibilities

• Advise a diverse client portfolio on various tax issues, including compliance and advisory projects.
• Support Directors and Partners by managing and developing a team of skilled tax specialists servicing portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Participate in client meetings, providing clear and confident responses to queries.
• Build trust with clients by delivering high-quality, accurate tax advice on time.
• Mentor junior team members, understanding their career aspirations and supporting their development.
• Offer innovative solutions to tax issues proactively and reactively, including exit strategies and cross-selling opportunities.
• Lead business development efforts through market presence and demonstrating our capabilities.

Candidate Requirements

We seek ambitious individuals with:

• A professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience managing a portfolio of private equity-backed businesses.
• Desirable but not essential: transaction experience (due diligence, tax structuring), review and supervision skills, professional services background, business development experience.
