Location: London

My client - a leading Advisory firm, is seeking a motivated individual to join their dynamic, acclaimed Corproate Tax Transaction Unit. This is a chance to work with a friendly, driven, and diverse team that services client across on large scale international transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead tax due diligence and tax structuring projects (post-deal and pre-deal), collaborating with specialists and transaction support teams.
• Deliver bespoke tax advice in a fast-paced and ever-changing deals market.
• Work with the wider firm network and seek specialist input for international transactions
• Develop your network of contacts and cross-sell services.
• Foster key transaction relationships, including private equity firms.

Requirements:

• Any of the following preferred: ACA/ ICAS/ CAI/ ATT / CTA (or breadth of knowledge equivalent to CTA, e.g. law qualification)
• In-depth knowledge of UK taxation and the ability to handle complex tax issues related to transactions.
• Ability to use tax technical knowledge & insights in a fast-paced commercial environment
