Are you a senior Transaction Services professional with deep Financial Due Diligence experience/Valuations Due Diligence, across mid-market M&A and Private Equity transactions? Our client – a high-growth, mid-market advisory firm – is seeking to appoint a revenue-generating Partner to join its Transaction Services practice, with a core focus on FDD and Valuation Due Diligence for deals ranging from £15m–£200m.

This is a rare opportunity to take a leadership role in a strategically expanding firm with a strong brand in corporate finance, where you will have the freedom to shape and grow the TS offering while working directly with investors, management teams, and corporate acquirers.

About the Firm

Our client is a well-established and entrepreneurially minded advisory firm, known for its partner-led approach to deal execution in the mid-market. With an exceptional platform, strong international connectivity, and a track record of success in M&A and Private Equity transactions, the firm is now building out its TS practice to meet growing client demand for commercially minded diligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Transaction Services (TS) offering, with a focus on Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Valuations Due Diligence (VDD) for Private Equity and strategic M&A transactions.
  • Own and manage senior client relationships, particularly with PE firms, family offices, and acquisitive corporates.
  • Originate and deliver TS mandates across the mid-market (deal values typically £15m–£200m).
  • Provide commercially driven due diligence reports, including financial analysis, deal risk assessment, and valuation input.
  • Collaborate with the wider Corporate Finance and M&A teams to offer joined-up advisory solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior TS team members, contributing to practice development.
  • Play a key leadership role within the firm, influencing strategic growth and service line expansion.

About You

  • Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in Transaction Services / FDD, ideally within a Big 4, top-tier advisory, or leading independent firm.
  • Strong exposure to Private Equity and M&A transactions, particularly in the UK mid-market.
  • A track record of revenue generation and business development—you bring a strong personal network of PE firms, intermediaries, and clients.
  • In-depth understanding of valuation, deal structuring, and financial analysis.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to client delivery and team leadership.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with outstanding commercial and communication skills.

Why Join?

  • Lead and shape the Transaction Services practice at Partner level
  • Genuine autonomy to develop your own portfolio and revenue lines
  • Access to a high-quality international referral network and strong deal flow
  • Collegiate, high-performing culture focused on client impact and long-term partnerships
  • An opportunity to play a central role in the firm’s continued UK and international expansion

If you're a commercially focused TS leader looking to build and lead a practice in a firm with serious growth ambitions, we’d love to speak with you.
