Job summary

Practicus is seeking a Transaction Services Partner to lead and scale its due diligence practice across the UK mid-market. You will combine technical excellence with strategic leadership, mentoring teams and originating new client relationships to drive growth.

In this role you will oversee buy-side and sell-side DD, advise PE and corporate clients, and shape the path of the Transaction Services practice as it expands. Flexible working is offered.

You'll combine technical excellence with commercial leadership, helping grow the firm's Transaction Services capability while remaining hands-on throughout the deal lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence assignments.
• Advising private equity investors, corporates, entrepreneurs and management teams on complex transactions.
• Delivering and reviewing high-quality financial due diligence reports.
• Winning new business through your own relationships and market profile.
• Building long-term relationships across the private equity and corporate finance community.
• Mentoring and developing an established, high-performing Transaction Services team.
• Working closely with Corporate Finance, Transaction Tax and Debt Advisory Partners to unlock cross-referral opportunities.
• Leading multiple transactions while delivering exceptional client outcomes.
• Helping shape the long-term growth and direction of the Transaction Services practice.
