Transaction Services Manager/Senior Manager - Manchester

Are you an Assistant Manager/Manager ready to step into a Manager or Senior Manager role in Transaction Services? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Our client, a Top 10 firm, is rapidly expanding its Manchester team, making it an excellent time to join a dynamic environment. You will be providing due diligence for financial investors, banks, Private Equity, and other funders on both buy and sell sides, across various sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing multiple deals simultaneously, leading scoping meetings, and preparing formal reports primarily focused on Due Diligence.
2. Leading and managing financial due diligence projects across a range of industries and deal sizes (typically £30-200M enterprise value).
3. Taking responsibility for larger projects and supporting Partners when needed.
4. Managing the corporate team and mentoring junior colleagues.
5. Actively participating in market activities to ensure the firm's representation and engaging in business development to attract new clients and grow the department.
6. Ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables, often under tight deal deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

1. 3-6 years of experience in transaction services.
2. A relevant industry qualification (e.g., ACA).
3. Some experience in business development or a strong motivation to develop this skill within the role.
4. A proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
5. Good exposure to Corporate Finance and experience mentoring junior staff.
