Are you a Transaction Services (TS) Assistant Manager or Manager looking for your next promotion?

About the Role

Our client, an accounting firm in Manchester, is experiencing rapid growth. The team primarily works with large corporate clients across various sectors, handling deal sizes from £10m to £200m. You will be providing Transaction Services for financial investors, banks, private equity firms, and OMBs.

This role is ideal for someone who has managed people, enjoys client interactions, and seeks exposure to larger deals with the support of Partners. You will support deals from initial scoping to client-ready reports, with opportunities to develop business development skills.

Responsibilities

1. Manage multiple deals simultaneously, lead scoping meetings, and prepare formal reports with recommendations for clients.
2. Take responsibility for larger projects and support Partners in complex deals where needed.
3. Manage the corporate team and mentor junior colleagues to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Candidate Profile

• Have 3-5 years of experience in transaction services or broader corporate finance.
• Experience in managing people and delivering projects effectively.
• Possess an industry-relevant qualification (e.g., ACA), although candidates with solid transaction services experience may be considered without it.
