Our client is an industry leader in Transaction Services and it is a cornerstone of their business. They understand the importance of this work across their business in helping customers focus on key questions during the critical stages of planning and executing a deal.

Our client is looking for a Transaction Service Manager to undertake a vital role in creating and enhancing the value of their customer’s experience. As a Transaction Service Manager, you will be part of a collaborative environment where your voice and views will directly impact the customer’s agenda.

As a Transaction Services Manager, you will:

  1. Draw on your experience in financial due diligence to work with a variety of clients or sector-specific clients.
  2. Use your analytical skills to interpret data and develop solutions for clients.
  3. Take overall control of cost management, reporting, monitoring recovery rates against budget, and invoicing.
  4. Deliver full work streams from start to finish, adding value through collaboration with other areas of the business to become a trusted advisor and a key contact for clients on a day-to-day basis.
  5. Produce financial analysis and support your team by reviewing their work.

As a Transaction Services Manager, you should:

  1. Have previous experience managing upwards and reviewing output to ensure quality of work.
  2. Possess a strong academic background with a financial qualification such as ACA or equivalent.
  3. Be capable of leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams with adaptability.
  4. Identify implications of due diligence findings and formulate recommendations for clients, providing technical expertise.
  5. Manage multiple stakeholders and their needs effectively.
  6. Be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  7. Lead and inspire junior team members.
