A growing boutique advisory firm in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an experienced Transaction Services Manager to lead financial due diligence projects and provide transaction support services. The role involves managing client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and delivering insightful recommendations on transaction structure and pricing. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in financial due diligence or corporate finance, a strong technical background in financial modelling, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage financial due diligence projects, including the review of financial, operational and commercial aspects of potential acquisitions.
• Identify and assess financial and operational risks, as well as commercial and financial opportunities.
• Provide insightful and value-adding recommendations to clients on transaction structure and pricing.
• Work closely with clients and their advisors to provide transaction support services, including pre- and post-deal analysis, financial modelling and integration planning.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and assist in business development initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, ensuring the highest standards of work are achieved.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or corporate finance.
• Strong technical skills, including financial modelling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of professionals.
