• Advise on large, complex transactions leveraging expertise across the P&U team.
• Provide financial advice on transactions and originate advisory mandates.

• Build strong internal and external networks to promote services.
• Ensure adherence to quality and risk management standards.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Experience in transactions within utilities and infrastructure, with an M&A or Consulting background.
• Deep understanding of transaction processes and execution.
• Knowledge of the UK utilities and energy sectors, including key market segments and value drivers.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and valuation methods.
• Ability to perform under pressure during live transactions.
