An excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Transaction Services professional to join a fast growing Corporate Finance team at Manager level and fast track their career.

Our client is a leading Professional Services Practice who offer a range of services to Mid Market and International businesses.

Their Corporate Finance team is actively growing and they have a need for an ambitious ACA or ACCA qualified with c2-3 years post qualification Financial Due Diligence experience.

The role will involve working on and managing a range of Transactions across a wide variety of business sectors and will include vendor, pre-acquisition and pre-investment due diligence, vendor assist, pre-lend reviews, and Reporting Accountant roles on IPOs.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing individual due diligence projects reporting directly to Partner and Director level.

There will also be active involvement in business development.

The team is friendly and supportive, with hybrid working, and it is an exciting time to be joining them.
