INrecruitment ltd is assisting a growing mid-tier practice in London to recruit a Transaction Services Associate Director. The role focuses on mid-market transactions, including buy-side advisory and financial due diligence for owner-managed and listed companies.

The successful candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified with several years in TS/FD, strong analytical and client-facing skills, and the ability to lead teams and develop new business opportunities.

Job description

INrecruitment are working with a growing mid-tier practice, who have a significant presence in London and the South East, to recruit a Transaction Services Associate Director.

Our clients' Corporate Finance service line specialises in providing transaction and lead advisory services to privately owned, owner managed and small/mid-market cap listed companies.

The role.

Working directly with the Partners and Directors the successful Transaction Services Associate Director will have responsibility for mid-market transactions across a wide variety of business sectors, and will include buy side advisory, financial due diligence on pre-acquisition vendor/pre-lend/private equity transactions. They will also conduct completion reviews and undertakes reporting accountant roles on listings.

The successful candidate will have high-level client exposure to owner managed businesses, small-mid market privately owned and listed companies.

The person.

The successful Transaction Services Associate Director will be qualified ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, and have several years' experience within Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence.

You should have strong analytical skills, good commercial acumen, the ability to participate in Business Development initiatives, a well organised approach to projects and team management, and a clear understanding of financial models and their context and impact.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, together with evidenced experience of document writing and presentation, will make you a strong candidate for this role.
