Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to the management of the Corporate Finance team alongside other Directors and Partners.
• Project manage large Corporate Finance engagements, from issue resolution to delivery, including managing other service lines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ownership and trust in projects.
• Understand clients’ industries and business contexts thoroughly.

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in a corporate finance environment.
• Proven success in business development and market winning.
• Management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation for Capital Markets transactions.
