What will you be doing?

To provide our clients with first-class service concerning all aspects of end-to-end financial due diligence and SPA advice. Manage teams by supporting recruitment, retention, and development of individuals. Develop new relationships and nurture existing ones to win work directly and support partners in winning work.

As Director - Transaction Services, your responsibilities will include among others:
Client Work
  • Taking ownership of project management and reporting on engagements
  • Being the day-to-day contact for the client during assignments
  • Ensuring completion of client onboarding processes and risk management procedures
  • Drafting and agreeing on scopes of work
  • Preparing budgets, managing WIP, and negotiating fees
  • Leading key review aspects: analyzing, reviewing, and commenting on trading results and trends; SPA advice
  • Reviewing/drafting reports and other client deliverables
  • Managing the team and reviewing their work
  • Liaising with other service lines (e.g., tax) and reviewing their output
Supervision
  • Delegating and overseeing work to junior staff, reviewing and challenging their output
  • Appraising and monitoring staff performance
  • Motivating and developing staff; assisting with recruitment
  • Providing on-the-job training for junior staff on a one-to-one basis
  • Leading internal initiatives
  • Influencing brand building efforts
Business Development and Marketing
  • Preparing pitch documents

Qualifications
