Job Description:

Ambition is working closely with an accountancy practice that focuses on creating trusted and enjoyable working relationships with both clients and contacts. They have an immediate need for an experienced Transaction Services (DD) specialist to join as an Assistant Manager, with the potential to grow into a senior team member.

This role is suitable for someone with some TS experience who aims to develop their career while helping to grow the team.

Responsibilities

• Take project responsibility for individual due diligence projects, reporting to the Project Manager/Director/Partner.
• Assist the Partner in presenting report findings to clients during face-to-face meetings as needed.
• Participate proactively in Business Development initiatives and events, coordinating with the marketing team.
• Lead teams to complete analysis and draft reports for review by senior management.

Experience

• Previous experience within Transaction Services is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of leading teams and projects to completion.
