Job description

We are currently looking for a Transaction Services Assistant Manager who will lead the High Value Cash Associates and Transaction Services Assistants to deliver exceptional service to the retail and corporate teams and act as a first line of support to colleagues in processing large and complex transactions.

About The Role

The Assistant Manager in this team will take accountability for learning the intricacies of Anti Money Laundering and high value cash processes to lead our colleagues in delivering excellent face-to-face service with our customers and make decisions informed by legal governance. They are expected to coach their team in service delivery and set the standard in completing due diligence to inform expert decision making and ensure the business is protected from risk.

About You

As a people-first leader, you will easily engage with your own team and support the transaction service manager in setting objectives to guide strategy, and motivate others to deliver on quality measures and KPIs to deliver an exceptional customer journey.

You will also:

  1. Have Anti Money Laundering training and qualification to advance risk management skills and make accountable business decisions
  2. Be a problem solver who can manage complex issues which cannot be dealt with by associates
  3. Have the ability to deliver exceptional and expert service while collaborating with both our customers and retail teams
  4. Plan and deliver motivational daily team briefs that are informative on business performance and updates, customer stories, and team successes
  5. Be an expert decision maker, confident to assess risk and protect the business in line with financial safety and anti-money laundering governance
