Ambition is working closely with an accountancy practice that focuses on creating trusted and enjoyable working relationships with both clients and contacts. They have an immediate need for an experienced Transaction Services (DD) specialist to join as an Assistant Manager, with the potential to grow into a senior team member.

This role is suited for someone with some TS experience aiming to develop their career and assist in team growth.

Responsibilities

• Take project responsibility for individual due diligence projects, reporting to the Project Manager/Director/Partner
• Assist the Partner in presenting report findings to clients in face-to-face meetings
• Participate proactively in BD initiatives and events, liaising with the marketing team
• Lead teams to analyze and draft reports for review

Experience

• Previous experience within Transaction Services is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership experience in managing teams and assignments
