A leading Professional Services firm is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Transaction Services team in Bristol, Cardiff, or Cheltenham. The role involves working on diverse client transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on financial analysis and client service. Ideal candidates will be ACA/ACCA qualified with strong analytical and business-writing skills, and a passion for client engagement.
Marks Sattin are delighted to be partnered with a leading Professional Services firm, where their Transaction Services team are looking to recruit an Assistant Manager into the team. This opportunity can be based in Bristol, Cardiff or Cheltenham.
You'll work on transactions with a diverse range of clients. The Transaction Services team support private equity firms, investment funds and corporate clients through mergers, acquisitions and disposals. It's an opportunity to build deals experience, including analysis of financial business information, as well as wider deals execution know-how.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with existing TS experience (c. 6-12 months) or for a first-time mover out of Audit looking to get into Corporate Finance and Advisory services.
