Job Description

  • undertaking analysis and reporting on the financial position of the business as part of our Transaction Services engagements, which include PE buyside, PE portfolio bolt-ons, Corporate acquisitions, Vendor Assistance, Vendor Due Diligence, Refinancing and IPO readiness;
  • representing the business in the wider professional community through marketing activities and developing your own professional network;
  • contributing to key account management, our LinkedIn campaign and online presence through thought leadership articles;
  • helping to drive forward our various ESG initiatives: "Doing well by doing good";
  • opportunities to widen your skill set by working on Corporate Advisory projects, such as financial modeling, cash flow management and other M&A work.

The Successful Applicant

  • ACA / ACCA qualified
  • background in either audit, restructuring or deals
  • high energy and strong communication skills
  • possess a real interest in business and the deals market
