We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our team at our Skoda dealership in Grimsby.

We seek ambitious and driven individuals passionate about delivering world-class customer service. The role offers a competitive basic salary with an achievable OTE of £53,000 per annum.

About You

You should be able to listen to customer needs and adapt your skills accordingly. As a Transaction Manager, confidence in working towards targets and deadlines is essential, as is maximizing every sales opportunity.

You need to demonstrate strong sales ability, outstanding customer care, and experience in F&I, deal stacking, second-facing, coaching, team development, and supporting the Sales Manager.

Motor Trade experience is required, either at a Senior Sales Executive level or from a Sales Manager/Business Manager background.

Main Purpose of Job Role
  • Manage and develop all new and used vehicle sales inquiries.
  • Manage and develop finance and insurance sales through vehicle sales.
  • Maximize vehicle sales and profitability, implementing the D. M. Keith Way.
  • Ensure profitable sales of finance and insurance products in line with FCA compliance.
  • Ensure departmental processes and team members comply with FCA regulations.
  • Conduct monthly self-audits.
  • Contribute to the development of plans, policies, and procedures to achieve sales targets efficiently.
  • Maintain full compliance with all Sales Department procedures.

  • Working hours are 5 days per week on a rota, covering 8:30 am to 6:30 pm, Saturdays 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Sundays 10:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Working Hours
