A family-run dealership in Grimsby is seeking a Transaction Manager. This role involves managing vehicle sales and finance opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulations. We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our team at our Skoda dealership in Grimsby.

You should be able to listen to customer needs and adapt your skills accordingly. As a Transaction Manager, confidence in working towards targets and deadlines is essential, as is maximizing every sales opportunity.
You need to demonstrate strong sales ability, outstanding customer care, and experience in F&I, deal stacking, second-facing, coaching, team development, and supporting the Sales Manager.
Motor Trade experience is required, either at a Senior Sales Executive level or from a Sales Manager/Business Manager background.
We offer a competitive schedule, averaging 41.5 hours per week, with every other weekend off and a weekday off during the week.
