Transaction Manager, Corporate Trust – Debt Capital

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: London (hybrid working)

We’re seeking a Transaction Manager to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group, Corporate Trust team. This is a 6-month contract based in London.

In this role, you will:

• Review complex debt capital market transactions and structures from initiation to closing.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and lead negotiations on transaction terms.
• Serve as the main contact for internal and external parties on transactions and documentation, ensuring standards and risk mitigation.
• Act as a subject matter expert on product and country regulations, keeping the team updated on market data, laws, and regulations.

• A strong educational background.
• Experience in Corporate Trust and/or debt capital markets.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage relationships effectively.
• Ability to propose innovative legal and commercial solutions.
