Transaction Manager, Corporate Trust – Debt Capital

Duration: 6 months contract

Location: London (hybrid working)

We are seeking a Transaction Manager to join our EMEA Transaction Management Group, Corporate Trust team. This is a 6-month contract based in London.

In this role, you will:

• Review highly complex debt capital market transactions from initiation through closing.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and lead negotiations on transaction terms.
• Serve as the main contact for internal and external parties on transactions and documentation, ensuring standards and risk mitigation.
• Act as a subject matter expert on product and country regulations, keeping the team updated on market data, regulations, and laws.
