Job Title: Transaction Manager - Audi Oxford

Hours: 45 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis

Salary: Basic salary, circa £50,000 OTE per annum (Uncapped), plus Company Car

The Role

We are seeking a Transaction Manager at our Audi Oxford store to oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.

What you'll do

  • Oversee vehicle sales and related finance and insurance products
  • Guide and support the Sales Executives in their sales processes
  • Assist in closing sales and valuing part exchanges
  • Complete monthly performance reports
  • Train sales staff in finance and insurance products

  • Experience as a Franchise Transaction/Business Manager or in a Sales Executive/Controller role
  • Ability to work to deadlines and maintain professionalism
