I am recruiting for a prestigious automotive dealership in the Brighton area who are looking for an experienced Business/Transaction Manager to join their hugely successful dealership.

The successful candidate ideally will have previous experience as a Business/Transaction Manager and proven customer service skills.

• To report to the General Sales Manager, you will be coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives.
• To provide support, coaching, and assistance to maximize sales volume and profitability, being primarily responsible for achieving both chassis and F&I KPIs.
• To be experienced with all aspects of the F&I functions to maximize sales profitability.
• To oversee the enquiry management process.
• To promote at all times the professional image of the dealership and ensure customer satisfaction standards are maintained.
• To maintain accurate and up-to-date records for vehicle sales and finance transactions to facilitate regular reviews of performance against targets.
• To be involved in vehicle part-exchange appraisals/valuations, controlling, and sales deals.
