Leveraging your experience you will be working closely with Client Relationship Managers and Sector experts to originate and execute new lending transactions.
As player-coach, you will carry primary responsibility for t he key processes across the lending value chain, along with guiding junior bankers that execute new lending transactions.
The work will be fast-paced and multifaceted involving contact with clients, prospects, other banks, technical and legal advisors and frequent cooperation with internal departments such as Credit Risk Management, Legal, and Deal Execution.

The Transaction Management team will be involved in every new lending transaction, working closely with the client relationship managers and/ or the Deal Principals. Transaction Management will take responsibility for many of the key processes, which include, inter alia:
