When corporations or private equity clients prepare to do big deals, they need to know there won’t be any surprises. Whether a company is selling a part of or all its business or acquiring a new business, our team specialises in financial due diligence – assessing risks and opportunities – and reporting on these to our clients, their banks, investors, and others. In UK & Ireland, we work across a wide range of sectors, including Retail, Energy & Infrastructure, Technology Media and Telecom, Life Sciences, and Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility. In Financial Services, you’ll get the opportunity to specialise with our Financial Services clients, including FinTech.
Using technology and analytics is fundamental to what we do. We have innovative Analytics capabilities; we use Alteryx and PowerBI to analyse large datasets to obtain data insights for our clients, adding value to the deals we work on.
We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications based solely on academic performance. You will, however, need to be working towards an honours degree in any subject, have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths, or in your home language if you do not hold English Language GCSE, and three A-levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) to be eligible to apply.
