HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

As a Senior Lead, you will oversee the engineering team responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Transaction Banking payment systems and solutions. You will collaborate with product management, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure our banking systems meet high standards of performance, security, and reliability. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and experience in banking technologies and transaction banking. You will drive the design of critical payment components, oversee new feature implementation, focus on code quality, automation, and testability.
