Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking tramper HGV drivers (ideally with ADR) to join our Transport team at Middlesbrough. The role offers Level 3 – Class 1 driving with a salary of £38,000 plus a potential annual bonus of £2,100.

The package reflects a 48-hour average working week over a 26-week reference period and a focus on safe, compliant deliveries across our network. Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, enhanced pension, retailer discounts, and a range of well-being perks.

Qualifications

• True professional drivers with the right to work in the UK
• Hold an ADR licence and Driver CPC (A training agreement can be put into place for the successful candidates who do not hold one currently)
• Care deeply about delivering a world class service
• Serious about safety and follow safety procedures
• Comfortable using an iPhone and mobile apps

Responsibilities

• Communicating with our customers at their sites and providing a first-class service
• Ensuring the safe delivery of products to customers across the Univar Solutions Network
• Complying with all safety processes, procedures, and legislation.
• Understanding, prioritising, and escalating our customers' feedback and requests to our internal teams
• Completing specialist ‘Pump Over’ deliveries using our high specification vehicles to pump product directly into customers tanks (Category C roles only)
