Turning Point have a new exciting opportunity for a ‘Training and Workforce Development Lead’ to support the Rochdale and Oldham Recovery Service.We are a fully integrated community drug and alcohol treatment service, and we are looking for someone to lead on the support, training and induction of new staff as well as the co-ordination of our internal CPD and Training programme for clinical and non-clinical staff. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic team player.The role will not involve line managing staff but is pitched at Team Leader level and there is an obvious leadership element to the role given the need to welcome and support new staff into our system and ensure they have the requisite training and skills in order to do their job effectively.
As a Training and Workforce Development Lead we offer a starting salary £32,760 rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, rising to £38,326 (Dependent on experience you may be offered a starting salary above the initial starting salary).
