Job description

Due to our continued growth, Aircraft Engineering Services (AES), in association with their client airline Ryanair, is recruiting for a Training Standards Administrator to be located at our offices in London Stansted, UK, within the Engineering Training department.

This role offers core experience working in a compliance and legislative environment, adhering to EASA and national authority regulations. You will be part of a dedicated team delivering industry-leading training.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Engineering Training Standards Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the Training school meets the demands across the Ryanair network.

Key Duties include:
  • Checking department handbooks for new PART-145 contracted organizations and administering the PACS of their staff
  • Ensuring expired PACS for PART-145 contracted staff are deactivated and communicated to their managers
  • Reviewing and administering ‘on the job’ training documentation
  • Assisting the management team with the loading and administration of engineering authorizations
  • Conducting monthly checks on PACs issued by QA to ensure all documentation is available on AMOS
  • Supporting other projects as defined by the Training Standards Manager
Requirements:
  • Ideally hold a qualification in Business Administration, HR, or an equivalent degree
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR function
  • Open-minded, eager to learn new skills, and possess a strong work ethic
  • Excellent computer skills, highly proficient in MS Office, with planning and scheduling experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive and team-oriented
