Key job responsibilities
- Own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps to be filled.
- Proactively recommend ways and support the mapped GSF Sites towards meeting business goals.
- Proactively track mapped sites performance and pre-announce training interventions.
- Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned sites.
- Manage live performance metrics end to end for the assigned sites.
- Conduct learning sessions on new processes as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning as required. Deliver various training courses as part of continuous learning.
- Maintain data and analysis reports on Excel as per business requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs.
- Partner with operations leaders during site audits to check process compliance and address gaps immediately.
- Identify and certify learning coaches.
- Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
- Drive quality and learning metrics.
- Conduct chime sessions and classroom sessions for stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities
- Track daily business metrics and plan visits to mapped hubs for metric improvement.
- Engage with hub team members to ensure effective delivery of L&D activities.
- Provide visibility on daily reports and progress updates to the Hub Training Manager.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in customer service and project handling is an advantage.
- Ability to translate content and add voice-over in regional languages.
- Support data management through analysis and accurate reporting.
- Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Graduate in any field.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends if required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Training Specialist or Trainer in a similar role.
