The FBA Learning and Development (L&D) team empowers and enables our employees who support this program. We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist with extensive research, project management, and adult education experience. You use knowledge and skill to decide which actions to take to meet goals. You may design short-term solutions. You need to deliver with limited guidance. You can effectively prioritize competing projects, making trade-offs between depth and delivery as needed. You have experience working with clients or internal partners to move projects forward and remove roadblocks while maintaining a high level of professional communication. You are a critical thinker who steps into your audience’s shoes to make content engaging and easy to follow. You have an iterative mindset and bring new ideas to the table to improve training delivery and internal workflows. You must have a passion for relationship-building, as well as data efficiency and accuracy.
The person should be an innovative, results-driven professional with solid people skills and a problem-solving capability. The individual will be responsible for driving global strategy and initiatives. Would work with key business partners and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. The key to success in this role is the ability to understand the vision and make independent decisions with sound judgment to attain that vision. This individual should also be viewed as a change manager who has the ability to build right mechanisms to support any organizational change and influence teams.
