DSV is recruiting for a Training Specialist at our Mercia Park location. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company committed to quality, innovation, value, and logistics services.

  • Provide training to increase knowledge of the CargoWrite WMS application across the UK.
  • Assist the Training Manager with Lean Thinking programs, Key User Training courses, and administrative duties.
Key Tasks
  • Deliver CargoWrite training for migrations and new client implementations, including basic and plus courses, and evaluate learning outcomes.
  • Support Lean Thinking training across UK sites, understanding Lean processes to assist operational users.
Duties / Responsibilities
  • Manage training schedules, liaise with sites, prepare course materials, and produce training data.
  • Assist in developing e-learning tools.
  • Maintain knowledge standards through continuous learning, re-testing, and qualifications.
  • Identify improvements and recommend actions to the Training Manager.
Skills and Competencies

Required

  • Level 3 – Basic English
  • Completion of Plus People Management Skills
  • Knowledge of CargoWrite
  • Operational role experience and productivity accountability
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Positive and approachable attitude

Desirable

  • Completion of Key User, Engineer, and Train the Trainer courses
  • Experience with WMS project lifecycle and operational performance analysis
  • Training delivery experience to operators
  • Aptitude for IT and adaptability to new environments
