Role - Training Specialist


Office locations considered: Bristol, Middlesbrough, Plymouth and Gloucester


Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

Continuing the substantial progress of our training consultancy business, we are looking to recruit high calibre individuals with experience or interest in Education, Learning & Development and Training to join our team. You will work with project teams with clients across sectors including Defence, Rail, Nuclear, Health and Government. You will be employed as a training designer, producing learning and training material. You will develop your experience by working alongside our training specialists and assist in the delivery of elements from the education or training lifecycle, covering needs analysis, instructional design, delivery, and assurance. This may involve working at the client site or at an office as part of a multi-disciplinary project team. You will apply innovative and creative skills to training design, producing engaging solutions that reflect client needs. Training solutions may include e-learning, virtual reality, augmented reality, simulation and emulation.

Requirements


  • We are seeking a motivated educator with a PGCE qualification who is eager to teach and contribute to the design of education and training courses across industries. Experience in visual communication and curriculum development is essential.

  • A degree-level education in a training design relevant subject or substantial relevant experience in this field.

  • Familiarity and experience with design software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Moodle).

  • Willingness to travel to client sites and alternative offices to deliver work.

  • Prepared to work towards chartered status in either CMI, CIPD, or Learning & Performance Institute.



Desirables


  • A chartered status with either CMI, CIPD, or Learning & Development Institute

  • Experience with an assured systematic approach to training (ADDIE)

  • Experience developing innovative technology-enabled solutions

  • Experience in online education and training programmes and platforms

  • Experience working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams



Security clearance - Due to the nature of Frazer-Nash Consultancy work, candidates may be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must satisfy UK National Security Vetting criteria.
