Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 depending on experience

Continuing the substantial progress of our training consultancy business, we are looking to recruit high calibre individuals with experience or interest in Education, Learning & Development and Training to join our team. You will work with project teams with clients across sectors including Defence, Rail, Nuclear, Health and Government. You will be employed as a training designer, producing learning and training material. You will develop your experience by working alongside our training specialists and assist in the delivery of elements from the education or training lifecycle, covering needs analysis, instructional design, delivery, and assurance. This may involve working at the client site or at an office as part of a multi-disciplinary project team. You will apply innovative and creative skills to training design, producing engaging solutions that reflect client needs. Training solutions may include e-learning, virtual reality, augmented reality, simulation and emulation.
