Job Description

  • Create and deliver engaging induction sessions that help new starters feel confident and informed.
  • Use a mix of in-person, virtual, and hands-on learning methods to suit different roles and learning styles.
  • Work closely with internal teams and subject experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.
  • Continuously improve the onboarding experience by gathering feedback and adapting your approach.
  • Promote a culture of learning by making training accessible, inclusive, and easy to engage with.
  • Support the shift toward modern, blended learning models that prioritize real-world application and collaboration.
  • Ensure all training meets quality standards and reflects the organization's values and goals.
  • Support the transformation of learning to a 70/20/10 model
