We are working with a market-leading legal software provider entering a dynamic phase of growth.

The business is seeking a Training Specialist to enhance the client journey through exceptional training and enablement. This is a high-impact, multifaceted role, responsible for designing, delivering, and optimising a comprehensive training curriculum for both new and established clients. You will play a key role in empowering customers to maximise the platform’s capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and achieve measurable success.

Responsibilities

• Delivering tailored training for onboarding new clients and upskilling existing users, both virtually and onsite, ensuring high adoption rates and client satisfaction
• Reviewing, refining and expanding training materials, collaborating closely with Marketing to develop engaging content
• Overseeing and maintaining content on the Adobe Learn LMS and ensuring help desk guides remain accurate and relevant
• Systematically gathering, analysing, and acting on training feedback to enhance content quality and delivery effectiveness
• Partnering with teams across the business to create a seamless client training journey and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience, or equivalent, in software training, ideally within SaaS or LegalTech environments
• Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programmes
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning production tools
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, able to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences
• Strong instructional design expertise
• Highly organised and collaborative
• Adaptable with a can-do attitude
• Willingness to travel for client sessions when required
